Downsizing and moving can be emotional, overwhelming, and full of unexpected details. We understand firsthand—when our dad had a stroke, our family had to quickly prepare my parents’ home for sale. My sister and I stepped in to sort, donate, pack, and clear decades of belongings. Even as a real estate and staging professional, I wasn’t prepared for how overwhelming it would feel when it was my own family.

Our hands-on Move-Ready Session helps prepare the home for movers. We work alongside your family or client to thoughtfully sort, organize, and pack belongings. We declutter for a sale and pre-pack for a smooth move.
Market-Ready Session
Our Market-Ready Session focuses on preparing your home for listing photos through occupied home staging. We thoughtfully re-arrange your existing furniture and refine each space to maximize buyer appeal and online impact—helping your home sell quickly and for top value.
